That is why we offer convenient financing options as well as an in-house dental savings plan that give 15% off our fees for our uninsured patients.

Regular: $25/Mo or $289/Yr

The Membership Plan (a value of $750/yr) Includes :

Up to 2 Exams & Routine Cleanings
Necessary X-rays (Full Mouth 1x/3yrs, Bitewings 1x/1yr, additional as needed)
Intraoral images as needed.
2 Emergency Care Visits: Exams and Necessary X-rays
20% Discount on procedures like Fillings, Extractions, Root Canals
10% Discount on most other procedures like Dentures, Crowns, Veneers, Onlays
In absence of gum disease (periodontal conditions)
10% Discount on Membership Fees for additional family members.

Perio Plan: $39/Mo or $449/Yr

The Membership Plan (a value of $1100/yr) Includes :

Up to 2 Exams & 3 Perio maintenance (Gum Cleanings)
Necessary X-rays (Full Mouth 1x/3yrs, Bitewings 1x/1yr, additional as needed)
Intraoral images as needed.
2 Emergency Care Visits: Exams and Necessary X-rays
20% Discount on procedures like Fillings, Deep Cleaning, Extractions, Root Canals
10% Discount on most other procedures like Dentures, Crowns, Veneers, Onlays
10% Discount on Membership Fees for additional family members.

This is a membership plan, not dental insurance. Cannot be combined with any other insurance and valid at this dental office with our general dentists / pediatric dentist only. Excludes Specialists, Invisalign, CT SCAN. Other discounts, interest-free financing not eligible. Unused benefits don’t roll-over. Fees are non-refundable.

One time application fee of $100 to be paid in office. 6 Months Commitment for monthly plans.
